Volleyball: Lady Toppers Look to Ride Hot Streak into Final Week of Regular Season: Riding a four-match Conference USA win streak, WKU Volleyball enters the final week of regular season play as one of the hottest teams in the league. The Lady Toppers will visit both UAB and Louisiana Tech for their respective Senior Days tonight and Saturday. WKU enters the road trip with an 18-9 record including a 9-3 mark in C-USA action.
Football: Rinella Named National Ray Guy Punter of the Week: WKU Football's Alex Rinella was rewarded for a career punting performance, as the redshirt junior earned Ray Guy Award Punter of the Week honors, it was announced Wednesday. In the Hilltoppers' Friday night game at Middle Tennessee on Nov. 2, Rinella booted seven punts for a career-high 340 yards. He pinned four punts inside the 20 yard line and had four punts of 57-plus yards on the evening. More:Practice report
