Click the appropriate link to notify the following individuals if you are not able to attend your assigned shift.

Instructions for submitting hours into Web Time Entry

  • Login to TopNet using your WKU NetID and password
  • Select the "Employee Services" tab (#1 below) along the top of the screen and then select "Time Sheet" (#2 below)

  •  In the drop down menu, select the desired pay period for which you would like to submit hours (#1 below)
  • Click "Time Sheet" (#2 below)

  • To record the hours you have worked, click the blue link which says "Enter Hours" (#1 below) for the date you would like to modify
  • Type the number of hours you worked into the grey box adjacent to the "hours" box (# 2 below)
  • Select "Save" (#3 below) after each date has been modified
    • Each pay period covers a two (2) week period, so once the first week is complete be sure to select the "Next" button furthest to the right at the bottom of the screen
  • Select "Submit for Approval" (#4 below) and type in your NetID and password when prompted to officially submit your hours
